Experienced Structural Engineer

VG Expert bvba is a real estate expert. The company was co-founded in 2017 by Noël Van Goethem. I am active throughout Flanders, for all architectural expertise in both the private and professional market.

​

The big difference that makes VG Expert so exclusive with other experts is that construction expert Noël Van Goethem, with his construction companies founded in 1982, has enormous experience in renovations and has also built many new homes / apartments and industrial warehouses, etc ..., he knows then also where he should look and what he talks about!

As a young structural engineer student, I was/am so passionate about the construction industry that I founded my own construction company in 1982 and learned all techniques myself according to the rule of the art, I also gave training to staff until 2013. I always strived for perfection to deliver 100% quality "even if I only got 95%" even then I was not satisfied and wanted to do even better.

​

In 2011 I received an award together with the company Elbeko nv for quality construction and training for my staff, they had followed me for 5 years beforehand (of which I was obviously not aware).

To further expand my experiences, I started as a self-employed person at renowned construction companies as Project Manager / Project Leader and this for 3 years. Here too I experienced how things went within a structured construction company of class 7 and 8 and its many project leaders / site managers and their projects. Here I noticed that many project managers and site managers (in my experience...more than 80%) did not have the necessary experience in the construction material as well as its follow-up on the work floor...which of course caused/brings a lot of frustration to the buyers.

Because of what I noticed in all my experience of many years on the side of the construction industry..."I already made a decision back then in 2013"...to completely distance myself from that and to stand on the other side to protect as much as possible the private buyers and owners against all injustice and as well as the wrong executions and imperfections ... and also that the Breyne law is applied correctly, etc. ... they say ... "The best poacher becomes the best forester "

I have been gaining experience with legal legislation and its lawyers for years...because I often deal with files in court cases....unfortunately because it really shouldn't/shouldn't come to that!

During my career in the construction industry, I realized very diverse experiences in construction projects, including:
